Cecilia Hållner has extensive experience in HR and Life Science, both in large international organizations as well as in the small and medium-sized ones. Cecilia shares her thoughts on the importance of creating motivation and work-satisfaction within an organization.

Matilda Albertsson is the founder of Beyond Potential and specializes in helping lifescience achieve results through effective teams and leaders. By training, coaching and being a mentor, she contributes to the leadership and organizations of the future. Matilda herself has 20 years of experience from LifeScience and has worked for 10 years as a manager and 6 years as a leader developer. Matilda is, among other things, a certified NLP business trainer and a certified coach.
